# Oceania Regatta Kusadasi shore excursions Source: https://kusadasitravelagency.com/cruise-ships/oceania-regatta-kusadasi-shore-excursions Language: English Oceania Regatta guests may prefer a measured private route with more time for archaeology and fewer unrequested stops. The best plan still begins with the exact port window for that sailing. Independent local planning, not affiliated with Oceania Cruises. Ege Port says schedules may change for weather or operational reasons; use the live times for your sailing: [official Kusadasi Cruise Port schedule](https://kusadasicruiseport.com/schedule/). ## Plan for this ship, not an anonymous port day A smaller ship does not remove customs, road, ticket or walking time, but it can make a tailored vehicle practical for couples and small parties seeking a quieter pace. ## Choose a route that protects Ephesus Ephesus with Terrace Houses is the natural detailed option. Virgin Mary or Sirince creates a broader route; choose the extension that fits the party rather than counting the most stops. - [Focused Ephesus half-day tour](https://kusadasitravelagency.com/tours/ephesus-essentials) - [Ephesus and Terrace Houses](https://kusadasitravelagency.com/tours/ephesus-terrace-houses) - [Ephesus and House of the Virgin Mary](https://kusadasitravelagency.com/tours/ephesus-virgin-mary) - [Build a private Ephesus route](https://kusadasitravelagency.com/private-tours/build-your-ephesus-tour) ## Work backwards from all aboard Check opening hours as well as all aboard, especially on late or extended calls. A longer stay alongside does not guarantee that every site remains open. ## Use a written Kusadasi port meeting point Written instructions give the post-customs exit, agreed time and operations contact. The route and estimated return appear in the same confirmation. ## What fits a Oceania Regatta call in Kusadasi Planning allows 60 minutes to clear the terminal and 90 minutes back at the ship before all aboard. Measure your own call from the arrival and all-aboard times printed in the daily programme — with a 6-hour day ashore there is already a workable Kusadasi route. - [Private Kusadasi City & Pigeon Island Tour](https://kusadasitravelagency.com/tours/private-kusadasi-city-pigeon-island) (Private): 3–3.5 hours; port day needed: 6 hours or more; price on request. Send the request with your real times and the local team either shortens the route, moves you to a private vehicle that saves loading time, or tells you it will not work before anything is confirmed. ## Oceania Regatta planning questions ### What private route suits Oceania Regatta guests? Ephesus with Terrace Houses is strong for archaeology; Ephesus with Virgin Mary or Sirince suits broader interests. ### Can we avoid a rushed itinerary? Yes. Prioritize the main visit and limit optional stops to those that fit the actual ship window. ### Are guide and vehicle automatically included? Only the written offer defines the confirmed service scope. Check that both appear if both are required. ## Send the Oceania Regatta times once Add port date, arrival, all aboard, party size and pickup preference; the local team checks a workable route before confirmation.
