Before confirmation

A reservation request can be withdrawn before the agency confirms it. Contact the team and quote your KTA reservation number.

After confirmation

The cancellation terms that apply to a confirmed tour will be included in the written confirmation. Those terms may depend on the tour, date, guide and vehicle commitments.

How to cancel

Email [email protected] or contact the team on WhatsApp. A cancellation is recorded when it is received and acknowledged.
