Reservation information

When you request a tour or transfer, we collect the details needed to prepare and manage it: your name, contact information, cruise ship or flight details, passenger count, selected service, accessibility or child-seat notes, quoted price and limited booking-source information such as UTM parameters.

How we use it

We use this information to review availability, calculate supported transfer routes, plan pickup and return timing, communicate about the request, coordinate a confirmed service and protect the reservation system. We do not collect credit or debit card details on this website.

Optional offers

Reservation communications and promotional communications are separate. If you actively select the optional offer permission, we may use your email address or WhatsApp number for occasional Kusadasi tour and transfer offers. Leaving it unticked does not affect your request. You can withdraw that permission at any time by contacting us or using the opt-out method in the message.

Sharing and notifications

Reservation details may be shared only with the people and infrastructure needed to review or deliver the service, such as an assigned guide, vehicle operator, email or messaging provider. A durable notification queue helps prevent a reservation alert from being lost during a temporary communications outage. We do not sell personal data.

Cookies, consent and attribution

Google Analytics 4 runs through Google Consent Mode. The site also operates a first-party analytics system on this server. After “Allow analytics” is selected, it stores anonymous visitor and 30-minute session identifiers, page paths, UTM/referral source, language, country code supplied by the network, device/browser category, interaction events, booking-funnel events and real-user performance measurements. Raw IP addresses, names, email addresses and phone numbers are not stored in the analytics table, and analytics events are automatically removed after 400 days. Choosing “Essential only” disables first-party analytics collection and keeps Google analytics storage denied.
