Overview
The Seven Churches of Revelation belong to seven ancient cities across the Izmir, Manisa and Denizli regions. They are not seven complete first-century church buildings: the route combines archaeological cities, later churches and smaller urban remains. This proposed private circuit gives the long inland journeys their own place in the schedule. It starts and finishes from agreed points and can be adapted for travellers staying in Kusadasi. Four days normally require three nights away; accommodation is quoted separately and no named hotel, meal or guide is included by assumption.

Three nights need their own quotation
Accommodation, room type, board basis and overnight locations must be named in the offer. The duration label does not include a hotel booking.
All seven cities, different kinds of remains
Do not expect seven comparable church interiors. Ephesus and Pergamon are extensive sites, while Thyatira and Philadelphia have much smaller surviving remains in present-day towns.
Keep extra visits optional
Hierapolis, St John and the House of the Virgin Mary are related places, but they are not additional cities among the Seven Churches. Add them only with sufficient time.

Day 1 · Smyrna and Pergamon
Begin at the agreed point and head to the Smyrna Agora in Izmir, then the selected Pergamon monuments around Bergama. The long drive from Kusadasi changes the available visiting time; choose the Acropolis and any Red Basilica stop in advance. Overnight location is agreed around the route, not assumed to be back in Kusadasi.

Day 2 · Thyatira, Sardis and Philadelphia
Travel via Akhisar for Thyatira, then Sart for Sardis and Alasehir for Philadelphia. Sardis needs time for distinct archaeological areas; Philadelphia offers a smaller surviving church monument within a modern town. The written plan allocates the day before setting the Denizli-area overnight.

Day 3 · Laodicea and the Denizli region
Give Laodicea its own archaeological visit, including the currently accessible church area and principal streets. Hierapolis is an optional addition only when the confirmed schedule supports it. Transfer toward Selcuk or Kusadasi for the next day according to the agreed overnight plan.

Day 4 · Ephesus and Selcuk
Complete the seven-city circuit at Ephesus. St John Basilica or the House of the Virgin Mary can be separately requested; each needs admission and visit time. Finish at the agreed point, with an airport connection added only after the flight and road timing are checked.

The circuit mixes extensive outdoor archaeological walks with compact urban stops. Uneven surfaces, hills and limited shade require a route suited to the party.
Children
Give child ages, seat needs and room occupancy before quotation. Repeated road journeys and several hotel nights matter more than the number of monuments alone.

Frequently asked questions
Which seven places does the itinerary cover?
Ephesus at Selcuk, Smyrna at Izmir, Pergamon at Bergama, Thyatira at Akhisar, Sardis at Sart, Philadelphia at Alasehir and Laodicea near Denizli. The order follows a workable road circuit and can change with the agreed start point.
Does four days include three hotel nights?
The proposed route normally needs three nights away, but no accommodation is included automatically. Hotel names or category, room occupancy, board basis and total cost must be separately itemised before acceptance.
Can we do the complete route during a Kusadasi cruise stop?
No. The seven cities are spread across a large part of the Aegean region. For a single Kusadasi call, request the separate Biblical Ephesus and St John itinerary and have it checked against your ship schedule.
Are all seven original churches still standing?
No. Revelation addresses communities in seven cities. The visible evidence today includes ancient urban remains and later Christian structures; it is not a circuit of seven intact first-century church interiors.
Where can the tour begin and finish?
Send your Kusadasi hotel, arrival flight or other proposed meeting point and your final destination. The written plan confirms the pickup, overnight sequence, last drop-off and any separately priced airport transfer.
What happens if we change the date or cancel?
Ask for the cancellation terms with the written quotation before accepting it. Deadlines and any supplier charges depend on the confirmed services; sending an enquiry does not itself confirm a booking or a free-cancellation period.
